humid // timothy infinite i came across this song in a junk tramp video on youtube. it went so perfectly with what was happening in the video that it grabbed my attention. adding a visual really helps bring a song into my world sometimes.
sixteen // rainbow kitten surprise via a youtube short snippet, i learned that RKS was releasing a new song. i guess Ela and the band had been trying it out at concerts to check the reception and it was definitely positive (as it tends to be with their music).
mind over matter // peter rosenburg chilling with some friendarooskis in discord, someone brought up peter rosenburg when we were chatting about music and Griselda. this and the rest of the real late album have been on repeat ever since.
persian jazz // qajar jazz from a youtube suggested after listening to Iranian jazz. these are such beautiful compositions. understanding that creativity is often birthed from struggle it makes me really sad to know what people must be going through to make such beautiful music.
dancing queen // abba "you can dance, you can die. having the time of your life" those are 120% not the lyrics, but they still fit the exact same way. just an oldie circling back around to the top of mind from a roller skating flashback.
